Stories of Transformation

Daisy

Daisy was rescued from a family in Florida. She was starving when we found her and spent 6 months with us recovering. Today, she’s happy and healthy.

Cooper

Cooper was found in a home where he was being mistreated by the resident. We rescued and cared for him! Today he lives with his new family.

Bob

We found Bob after receiving a report about a dog abandoned in awful conditions. He was alone, scared, and confused. That’s when our mission began.

Megan

Megan was found in a serious condition, weakened, without water or food, she underwent medical procedures and we managed to transform her

Mel

Mel was found extremely weak and covered in illness. She had almost no strength left. Today, she’s safe and finally receiving the care she deserves.

Charlie

Charlie was abandoned after his owner passed away, he was left without food and water, as soon as we were informed we carried out the rescue

Zeus

Zeus was rescued from a home where he was mistreated locked away and fed only scraps. Now, he’s free, safe, and finally learning what love feels like.

Goodboy Fundation

The Goodboy Rescue Foundation was officially founded by Sandy in 2019 but this story began long before that.

At just 16 years old, Sandy found an abandoned, starving, and terrified dog. Without hesitation, she took him home, cared for him as best she could and changed the course of a life.

That was her first rescue. And she never stopped.

What started as a solitary act of compassion has grown into a global movement of protection and love for animals.

Today, Goodboy is the largest animal rescue organization in the world, and it goes far beyond just rescuing.

Every animal we save receives full medical treatment, care, emotional rehabilitation, and most importantly, a second chance to find a loving family.

We are an army of volunteers driven by one powerful purpose:
no animal should ever be forgotten.

There are no salaries here. No government support.

What drives us is action. What sustains us is compassion.

Sandy isn’t looking for fame. She’s looking for allies.

Because compassion without action doesn’t change reality.
